KX Developer: Timeout error

When I go to load KX developer from the JupyterLab launcher tab the editor doesn't load and the connection times out. 

I have tried restarting my machine and have cleared my browser/cache etc and it's still not working. Could someone please take a look at this?

How are you trying to load it?

Can you share the command or screenshot what you are calling?

Can you try launching JupyterLab from https://kx.com/academy/courses/introduction-developer/

and following the instructions on the README.sh that opens to launch?
