ISO-8601 (.h.iso8601)

Hi all,

I noticed that .h.iso8601 is defined as following:
k){$[^x;"";@[$"p"$x;4 7 10;:;"--T"]]}

Since it converts everything to a timestamp, it give rise to values like "2015.10.29T00:00:00.000000000" with an input of 2015.10.29.

This might be find for the use case of stringizing the value into an XML file. But when used with .h.edsn, the resultant Excel workbook will not be accepted by M$ Excel due to the extra 0's. Is it advisable that I replaced "p" in the above definition with "z" in general, or is there a more flexible way to make use of .h.edsn without breaking Excel?

Thanks,
Freddie
