The dōjō awaits youThe dōjō awaits you

The next Vector Dōjō will be an online session on Tue 1 November at 16:00 London time.

We’ll pick a problem to solve (Project Euler, Rosetta Code, LeetCode, something like that) and look for vector solutions.  As always, the aim is to get practice with q vector techniques.

The dōjō will be intimate: me and three guests. (I’m experimenting here with different ways to teach; maybe we’ll hold sessions like this every week.)

Requirements: basic q knowledge and use of a running interpreter. (We’ll share screens.) There will not be a recording published afterwards – what is said in the dojo stays in the dojo. But we’ll contribute a discussion of the problem to StudyQ, and a copy here too.

First three to reply here will join me on Tuesday. But if you miss out, please reply anyway, so I can get an idea of how much interest there is in this.

I'd be keen for this but unfortunately midweek makes things tricky. I will keep an eye out for other sessions that I can attend.

Sorry!

I’d like to hear from anyone about convenient timing: timezone, day of the week, and time of day.

UK timezone works best for me. I don't mind evenings 7PM+ Monday-Thursday, Sunday evenings work too. Could be flexible around afternoons if known in advance.
